We introduce one real conversation from your job or goal: a customer complaint, an interview question, a safety briefing.
- 20min · step 3Role-play
You practice the conversation with your instructor and classmates, again and again, with variations, until it feels natural.
- 10min · step 4Feedback
Pronunciation, grammar and word choice are corrected in context, on the things you actually said.
- 10min · step 5Take it to work
You leave with a short plan to use what you practiced in real life before the next class.
